  • Production of full plans by one of our Architect team members to give you an idea as to how your vision will look
  • A popular option is to have on of our visualisation team produce a walk through to give you a true feel of the space or spaces you are wanting to create.
  • Once you decide to proceed we assist with the full costing of the project and set the timescales, you will receive a full breakdown showing you how the project is to progress and where your money is being spent.
  • We personally project manage which ensures the quality will not be forgotten. You will receive daily/ weekly updates and will be notified straight away if an issue has arisen that will affect the project.
  • Your project will be fully handled by Bryant Construction and Design from the planning to completion with standards that you will not be used to in the construction industry.
  • We will assist with the sourcing of products and any more individual aspects you may wish to include.
  • A photographic record will be made of every point of the project and will be presented to you on completion.
  • On completion of the project it will be professionally snagged and a report delivered. The items raised will be dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
